01 General Agreement

By accessing or using the 998win platform at 998win.onl, you enter into a binding agreement with 998win and agree to be governed by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all services available on the platform including Casino, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Bingo, Fish Games and any other features made available from time to time.

998win reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated date. 02 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use 998win you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee of 998win or a family member of an employee.

998win may require age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds in the account handled in accordance with the platform's underage player policy. We take age verification seriously and cooperate fully with any reasonable request to confirm player age.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 998win. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same or different personal details – is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact number and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 998win will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately to have the account secured.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service.
• Never share your login details with another person.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

998win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on 998win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits processed typically within minutes
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits processed typically within minutes
• Raast – bank-to-bank instant transfers
• Bank Transfer – standard bank account transfers
• Visa / Mastercard – debit and credit card deposits
• Mobile Wallets – other supported mobile wallet services

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process in your account. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed. 998win does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name. Third-party deposits – where the payment is made from an account belonging to someone other than the registered account holder – are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed.

998win does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any such charges are outside 998win's control and responsibility.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made from the withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. All withdrawals are paid in PKR.

Before any withdrawal is processed, 998win may require identity verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and security measure. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account's withdrawal section.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within the timeframe shown in your account.
• Bank transfers may take longer depending on processing times at your bank.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or numbers registered in the account holder's name.

998win reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns. 06 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

998win may offer bonuses, promotional credits and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be clearly stated at the point of the offer. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• One bonus per player: Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus once. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a violation of these terms.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement – an amount you must wager before the bonus or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each bonus offer.
• Eligible games: Not all games may contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates per game category are stated in individual bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account.
• Abuse: 998win reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus terms.

998win reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply retrospectively to bonuses already claimed and in use at the time of the change.

07 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 998win use certified random number generation technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing by trained dealers under monitored conditions. 998win is committed to providing fair gameplay across all game categories including Casino, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Bingo and Fish Games.

By participating in any game on the platform, you accept that:

• Game outcomes are determined by the game's mechanics and are not influenced by 998win other than through the game's stated rules.
• The platform's record of game outcomes is the definitive record in any dispute.
• Technical errors or connectivity failures during gameplay may result in the round being voided and stakes returned, as determined by 998win's technical team.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or interfere with game software or systems is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

For Sports Betting, all bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant sporting authority. 998win reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered from its original format. Cricket bets, including PSL and T20 internationals, are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket board.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Using another person's identity, payment method or funds to register or transact.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's software or systems.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software errors or glitches to gain an unintended advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing a person under 18 to use your account.

998win monitors accounts for unusual patterns that may indicate prohibited conduct. Any funds won through prohibited conduct are void and not eligible for withdrawal. 998win cooperates with relevant authorities where illegal activity is identified.

10 Privacy and Data

998win collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, process transactions and comply with applicable obligations. The full details of how your data is collected, used, stored and protected are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with 998win.

By registering an account, you consent to 998win processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections and in certain circumstances request deletion. Contact our support team to make a data request.

11 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 998win support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

998win reserves the right to close any account at any time for the following reasons, without limitation:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Inactivity for an extended period as defined in the platform's inactive account policy.
• Any other reason that 998win reasonably determines warrants account closure in the interests of the platform or its players.

Where an account is closed due to a violation, 998win reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. 998win will communicate its findings and decision to the account holder via the registered contact details.

12 Limitation of Liability

998win provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent availability and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from technical errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 998win's liability to you in connection with the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. 998win is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or anticipated earnings.
• Loss of data or account information caused by events outside 998win's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking institutions.
• Technical failures caused by your device, browser or internet connection.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability in cases of fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where limitation would be unlawful.
